Easy Does It, the hip-hop/rock band out of Atlantic City. “Fight For Your Right” by the Beastie Boys was the first cover song we ever learned as a band, wayyy back in the day. So it was only right that we paid proper homage & respect to the unfortunate passing of Adam Yauch aka MCA. These guys shaped our lives, straight up…we’re just some kids that wanna rap to guitars too. In true Beastie Boys spirit, we dressed up as characters from their iconic music videos and had a bunch of fun on camera. If his legacy can be perpetuated just .00001 % more – by people watching our video, then we did our job
This is a nice way to start the week. Easy Does It pays homage to the Beastie Boys, inspired by the recent passing of MCA. I hope we get more,creative tributes in the future, we need to keep the music they created flowing through the speakers of the new generation and generations to come. #RIPMCA
